YOUR RING MASTER LIFETIME WARRANTYRing Master tools have been hand built in Wilmington NC and are designed to last a lifetime. Ring Master offers added peace of mind with a Full Lifetime Warranty. Should your tool ever malfunction from defects in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace the tool free of charge. What is Covered Ring Master tools are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects. How Long Coverage Lasts This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the tool. Warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material. How to Obtain Service To obtain the benefit of this warranty, deliver the complete product via prepaid transportation to Ring Master Tool Company, 1107 King St, Wilmington NC 28401. What We Will Do to Correct Problems Warranted products will be repaired or replaced, at Ring Master Tool’s option, and returned at no charge. What is Not Covered Failures due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Ring Master Tool shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. How Local Laws Relate to the Warranty Some areas do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state, province to province, or country to country. No Other Express Warranty Applies This Full Lifetime Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for Ring Master products. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of the Ring Master Tool Company. |
Hassle Free Return Policy
We are confident you will love your Ring Master, but offer the following return policy:
Up to 30 days after receiving product:
Buyer may return product for any reason. Return for full refund less shipping. Seller will provide return shipping. Seller is not responsible for return shipping not previously agreed to. In other words if you ship it Next day Air you’re paying for it.
31 to 90 Days after receiving product:
Buyer may return the product for any reason. Return for full refund less 20% restocking fee and shipping. Buyer pays return shipping.
90+ Days after receiving product:
No return will be accepted after 90 Days.
International Customers:
Returns will not be accepted from international customers. Cost of shipping prevents us from offering returns. Sorry.
Special orders
No returns of special orders. Special orders are items outside our normal product catalog that we made specially for you at your request. We went above and beyond to get you what you wanted, so you’re keeping it. Sound Fair.
Exchanges:
You may exchange your Ring Master for another Ring Master product and pay only the difference. Exchanges must be completed within the first 90 days from receipt of original product.
Refunds:
Refunds on returns will be credited back to you within 6-8 weeks.
